Greetings Agenda31 Followers!

We are back at it.

And, I cannot believe it has been almost FIVE years since we’ve updated this blog/podcast website.

We like to think we’ve honed our message and simplified the short and subsequent long term target outcomes.

Short: Get a hearing with Social Security Administration

Long: Preserve the people of the several states’ rights

In 2017, Corey brought a case regarding protected rights waived via the Social Security Administration are being coerced by the DMV and it was docketed at the US Supreme Court. It did not make it to a SCOTUS hearing and was declined. For good reasons.

And now, to this end, Corey has another very low risk, very high reward case and opportunity to correct his missteps five years ago.

See episode A31-134 from November 2017 for details on that first SCOTUS encounter, and more.

We also like to think that Corey will have a much much better chance of succeeding this second time if he is properly funded, allowing him to focus most of his time on proving Article IV state citizens do exist and are not residents in the states.

This is not a State National filing, nor is it a Sovereign Citizen effort.

This project sticks to what has gone before and what is in the court record.

Corey began this journey long before we launched Agenda31 in March 2014.

As Corey says in his social media post video, “This whole process is about punishment for those that try and stand up.”

https://www.facebook.com/812143256/videos/1104592226854218/

His preparation and peaceful interactions with government are a supremely valuable asset we have shared via this blog and podcast since 2014, for all that wish to have a strategy to make a difference.

Now we’re asking you to help us put gas in the tank for this next ride.

Please consider a monthly contribution of $31, $310 or $3,100 . . . small, medium or large . . . all support at any level will keep this train moving.

We call this SC3 or The State Citizen Supreme Court Subscription Club.

We’re respectfully seeking only $150,000 over the next twelve months.
This target can be reached with any one of these scenarios or combination of:

421 Watchers at $31/month
or
42 Producers at $310/month
or
4 Enforcers at $3,100/month

This is your strategy to make a difference. At least it will be for 4 to 421 supporters!

Please listen to the latest Episode A31-135, and/or watch the video appeal found at www.Agenda31.org.

Below are the updates Corey has been making at his Facebook page (hey, he’s not hiding anything about his journey!) regarding the recent citation his birth record was issued by a county sheriff’s deputy in Orange County, California.

Excerpt:

“So many of my friends have supported me, and helped me keep it together when at times I thought my mind just couldn’t handle anymore. The surveillance, the never ending contacts with police was terrifying at times. I’m so thankful to you all who have been there for me, now I get to play this game today where the contact is low-risk, high-reward court activities with so much potential to achieve goals in line with preserving the rights of the people.

I’ve needed the break during the past few years, now I’m absolutely ready to engage again, this cerebral battle is fun when you know the rules of the game better than the average bear. Thank you friends, have a beautiful day.”

Imagine what Corey can do and the pathway he can forge for state citizens in the 3,100 counties across the United States if he was fully funded for a year!

As Jordan Page sings, “The bonds of slavery are forged with paper chains.”

September 20, 2022

by Corey Eib

Tomorrow starts a new adventure.

I am a non-resident citizen of California. My government treats me like a resident federal citizen of California.

What’s the difference? Well one example is that a federal resident citizen has no standing to bring, let alone win an Article IV, Section 4 court battle.

On this one right alone, it’s not hard to understand why all federal authority is highly motivated to induce you to accept federal citizenship. Need more proof? Learn how important the framers thought Comity was, you’ll find more proof.

The question of the existence of non-resident state citizens and federal citizens in California is easy to confirm in law.

Cal. Gov. Code 241, you can look it up on the State’s official website:

https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes.xhtml

Rather than take a reasonable argument, such as presenting evidence that I’m not a citizen of California as I claim, the government pretends there is no such thing as a citizen described at Cal. Gov. Code 241a.

The government’s behavior has been to pretend there is no such thing as a state citizen, all citizens are U.S. citizens, all citizens are residents.

Tomorrow, is appearance day. No arguing or presenting, I’ll be entering a not guilty plea, set the date for trial, and get on with my day. Unless the court plays dirty games and keeps me there all day, they are good at making the process punishment.

As we move towards trial, I’ll stipulate to the facts, I did roll through the stop sign, and the registration on my car was expired. (Registration is now current).

My defense is founded upon state citizenship, neither of the charges are applicable to non-resident citizens (as my infraction moves through the charade called a ‘trial’ I’ll share how my defense shows the vehicle code doesn’t apply to state citizens, and further, state citizens don’t have license plates without having waived Comity*).

The prima facie evidence is that I’ve waived rights held by state citizens. I possess a DMV license card and have DMV registration for my vehicle. Carrying this state property is evidence of a consensual bargain where I’ve waived rights in favor of the government. And the government’s position is strong, this bargain with government is a significant legal hurdle to overcome.

One possible path to success is coercion, the path my record of contact with the state demonstrates.

My defense shows the prima facie evidence I’ve described above exists via illegal coercion by the State.

If this infraction case here in Newport gets dismissed, it’s a loss from my point of view (lots of gurus call dismissals a win).

I’m writing for a SCOTUS shot, this means writing a defense that loses at every level of the California court system, without getting dismissed on a technicality, and then wins at the Supreme Court level.

Many thousands of cases are filed in SCOTUS every year, barely a thousand are docketed, only a few hundred make it through SCOTUS committee to be argued, then even fewer win, and to my knowledge, the questions in my case are newly presented.

There isn’t a documented case I’ve found where the government has coerced a waiver of constitutional rights preserved at Article IV. It’s ubiquitous, every American you know waives Comity in favor of the government as a matter of course without a second thought.

If you don’t know what Comity is, then you are part of the majority of Americans. The rights preserved at Article IV have been under a steady attack since the civil war.

If you don’t know, or you are a resident of one of the states, or a resident of the United States, govco has won all your 4th Article Rights and has no obligation to you under Article IV, Section IV, the Guarantee Clause, which happens to be the greatest obligation of government as intended by the framers.

Tomorrow is like the opening coin toss, it just means the game is about to begin, not guilty then I’ll go about my day. So much easier than my last adventure.

September 28, 2022

Today is step #2 in the infraction process SCOTUS shot. They want your money, they want your rights.

Today will be a non-event, I’ll appear in court via online portal and then my prediction is that whoever is in charge, whether it’s a commissioner or a judge, will require that I show up in person to enter a not guilty plea.

One thing they are very good at is making the process itself punishment.

Reading through the advisement of Rights for infractions, you will find there are some very telling pieces of information.

You have all kinds of rights, but you do not get to have a jury trial which is a constitutional right, one should ask themselves how do they get away with this?

It’s because people let them get away with it, they make it just painful enough and keep the price at just the right amount so that the vast majority of people will find it to be cheaper to pay the fine, and not deal with their games.

This has been a slow creep of the DMV exerting more and more power without having to change the law because they get you to waive your rights in the driver’s license application.

Take a moment and read what this rights advisement is stating, more grown men should stand up and fight with pen and paper to defend the state citizenship.

September 29, 2022

Appearance has been completed, it was an interesting session, I still have six other cases from the early 2010s at the harbor Justice center. The judge straight up dismissed a very expensive ticket from 2011 that I just refuse to do anything more than appear. The judge said that in the interest of Justice he has dismissed the case from 2011.

I knew the court was going to call me absolute last, they also dismissed people from viewing who were already there and made sure nobody else could see my case being heard.

During the hearing the judge tried to dismiss the registration violation on the ticket, I knew they were going to try and dismiss things, they have a lot of exposure giving me a infraction for traffic and an infraction for registration.

My case defense will be written in such a way that I anticipate losing throughout the California court system all the way up to the California Supreme court, and then I have maybe a 10 to 15% chance of getting a hearing at the United States Supreme Court.

I believe if my case makes it out of committee from the Supreme court, I will win, but a generous assessment is maybe 10 to 15% success rate of getting through committee.

3 hours, I got to listen to all the different interpreters for different languages everything else and they saved me for last, I guess they think I’m special LOL.

September 30, 2022

Working on my defense for the ticket infraction this morning, and it occurs to me that my chances of getting through the local level of court without then dismissing the case is very slim.

5 years of trying to get a traffic ticket, and now I’m trying to purposely lose at the state level. Contact with gov-co is a dance like no other.

In 2010 I had been harassed so much by police, that I sat down in front of my computer and told myself I was going to figure it out. I found rumors of people who didn’t have a driver license, one in particular was Charlie Sprinkle.

Charlie Sprinkle took on Ronald Reagan when he was governor, so I tracked him down, found his phone number and left a message. I learned that Charlie had passed the day before I called, I so wish I could have spoken with him. Today my defense is not based on Charlie’s theories, his strategy has since been proven incorrect, but his mind and strength of character caused the governor to back down fearing a loss in court.

So, in 2010, inspired by Charlie Sprinkle, I sent my license back to the DMV. That began seven years of near constant harassment, abusive surveillance and donating a number of cars to the state in this endeavor. When 2017 came, I had to pivot my defense, I was so tired, and quite frankly more than a little defeated.

As I write these subpoenas for court records from the 2017 CHP prosecution in Los Angeles, I feel I have achieved my goal of figuring it out. And I feel like I could sit at the table with Charlie and converse on a level he would respect.

So many of my friends have supported me, and helped me keep it together when at times I thought my mind just couldn’t handle anymore. The surveillance, the never ending contacts with police was terrifying at times I’m so thankful to you all who have been there for me, now I get to play this game today where the contact is low-risk, high-reward court activities with so much potential to achieve goals in line with preserving the rights of the people.

I’ve needed the break during the past few years, now I’m absolutely ready to engage again, this cerebral battle is fun when you know the rules of the game better than the average bear.

Thank you friends, have a beautiful day.
