I suggest you read this George. I lived in Van Nuys for about 3 years and drove everyday and NEVER got pulled over even though I would openly “break the law” in an attempt to get pulled over. I am also providing a link to a pCloud site where I have posted pics of the custom plate (I took the numbered plates off) that I still sport on the rear of my pickup but I am up north in the bay area driving across toll bridges everyday without paying a cent and still have not been pulled over. BTW, well done on the dismissal but of course one never knows if a judge will decide to prosecute anyway…much better to NEVER get pulled over, right?!? Of course!!!

Also wanted to point out that any license (including a driver’s license) is a license to break the law. The reason I don’t get pulled over is because they KNOW I do not have a license to drive. How? Because the plates on my truck read “PRIVATE PROPERTY”.

Here is a historical SCOTUS ruling that supports my discovery 100%…

Supreme Court of the United States, 1795:
“In as much as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.”
      S.C.R. 1795, (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54)

Please follow up on Ed Brotherton’s cases, particularly the one about court fines being void when issued in Federal Reserve Notes. I’ve been dreaming about such a case for 20 years. He is right. Courts can’t possibly require fines to be paid in the private bank notes of one particular privately-owned offshore bank.

My son, a successful movie producer, gets several tickets every month in Los Angeles because of busy schedules and fast exotic cars. He just pays them as a business expense. On his last citation, I composed a letter to the court as an experiment. I asserted Brotherton’s claim that cops can’t arrest for suspicion of an infraction in CA. I also demanded evidence the law or the code applies to the driver, a jurisdictional issue that is a show-stopper. (A Marc Stevens defense). On 10/21/2014, and without any appearances, the judge dismissed. I have the documents if you want to see them. The bright side is that I now have my son’s interest peaked about a documentary on BAR courts. His dad is not such a conspiracy nut-job any more.

Also, I am going to do a name change through the Montana courts because my real last name is simply too complicated. In a legal sense, this is a change to a birth record. What do you guys suggest? Lower case? Is this an opportunity to set some record straight? Or by merely engaging such a process through a BAR court, am I confirming something I should be disavowing?

Book: The Story of Number

This book shows how number contains not only the seeds of our sciences, but the seeds of our religions. To know is only half the story. The other half lives in our belief.
