Supreme Court of the United States, 1795:

“In as much as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.”
    S.C.R. 1795, (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54)

There is no law on the books for driving without a driver’s license. Only driving on a suspended license.

    THREAD: I need your help

Your YouTube videon entitled “Driving with a Californian – No plates, registration or license” @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQYBVnc-6KE led me to the website “Driver’s Licensing v the Right to Travel” and “Brief in Support of Notice for Dismissal for lack of Jurisdiction” which changed my whole defense from a soft shoe apology for trying to get my car off freeway 15 in Idaho so my brother and I wouldn’t be hit and killed by a sleepy or a drunk driver. My brother was falling asleep which scared me as much as the possibility of being hit and killed by a sleepy or a drunk driver while parked on the side of the freeway. So I tried to drive to an off-ramp so my brother could sleep. My license was suspended in California, 4 years ago otherwise I would have traded driving hours before.
I would like your notes as far as the SCOTUS cases and definition of “Driver” you sited in your video. I have to return to Idaho to stand trial for driving without a license.

My brother said you got a Police Chief fired in Irvine. I would appreciate the particulars so I know what might happen to me by not rolling over and playing subservient sycophant to their encroachment upon my right to travel.

    Thank you, please advise.

    Sincerely,

    David R.W. Wadsworth

Book: The Story of Number

This book shows how number contains not only the seeds of our sciences, but the seeds of our religions. To know is only half the story. The other half lives in our belief.
